Tomato Soup

  1. Slice 8 tomatoes in half.
  2. Lay parchment paper on a baking sheet.
  3. Add tomatoes.
  4. Slice a red bell pepper in half and place on sheet.
  5. Add half a red onion, rough chopped.
  6. Add your favorite amount of garlic. (9 cloves would be a lot)
  7. Season with [dried] basil, salt pepper, and smoked paprika.
  8. Drizzle with olive oil.
  9. Bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes.
  10. Transfer to pot.
  11. Add 3/4 cup of chicken broth.
  12. Blend.
  13. Serve with a drizzle of cream.
