Ingredients
- 8 Tomatoes.
- 1 Red Bell Pepper.
- 1/2 Red Onion.
- 9 Cloves of Garlic.
- Basil, Salt, Pepper, and Smoked Paprika.
- Olive oil
- Chicken Broth.
Directions
- Slice 8 tomatoes in half.
- Lay parchment paper on a baking sheet.
- Add tomatoes.
- Slice a red bell pepper in half and place on sheet.
- Add half a red onion, rough chopped.
- Add your favorite amount of garlic. (9 cloves would be a lot)
- Season with [dried] basil, salt pepper, and smoked paprika.
- Drizzle with olive oil.
- Bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes.
- Transfer to pot.
- Add 3/4 cup of chicken broth.
- Blend.
- Serve with a drizzle of cream.
